Zenith’s Tethered UAS solutions are comprised of 3 compontents, the UAV, or more commonly refered as drone, which is connected via the tether cable to the GPU (Ground Power Unit). The GPU houses the tether managment system, networking relays to communicate with the UAV, and power converters neccessary to power the whole system. The last compontent is the GCS (Ground Control Station), our system use a variety of different windows, android, or Linux devices to control the Tethered UAV.
