For the warfighter on the battlefield or emergency crew responding to a disaster, reliable communications can be the difference between life and death. And yet military and civilian personnel often find themselves operating in remote areas, without good communications infrastructure, or where line-of-sight is obscured.
To remedy this situation, Zenith Aerotech’s Tethered Aerial Vehicles (TAVs) can be configured with an aerial Wi-Fi hotspot or mobile ad hoc networking radio to deliver voice, data, or full-motion video to team members operating on the ground or remotely at the command post.
